Once a year, we select one qualifying Santa Cruz County couple to receive our full wedding services completely free of charge. Our coordination and photography are entirely covered. Any external rentals, venues, catering, or vendors would remain the couple's responsibility — but our time, talent, and hearts are yours.

A true Santa Cruz mountain girl at heart, Courtney grew up surrounded by redwoods and raised on the rhythm of the coast. Today she spends her days chasing light — both through her lens and on river and beach days with her husband and twins.
What began as seven years arranging floral bouquets at the farmers market quietly evolved into a deep passion for photography. With over 12 years of honing her craft and 7+ years immersed in the world of wedding catering, Courtney brings an intimate, insider understanding of how a wedding truly unfolds — and the rare instinct to capture every fleeting, unrepeatable moment of it.

Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Amayah is as rooted in this community as the redwoods she loves to hike through. When she's not orchestrating the perfect wedding day, you'll find her at the beach or deep in the forest with her two kids — living the holistic, grounded life that infuses everything she creates.
With over 10 years in the service industry spanning coordination and wedding catering, Amayah has an extraordinary gift for making chaos feel calm and visions feel real. Her studies in food anthropology and religious studies have given her a profound reverence for culture and tradition — meaning she doesn't just plan your wedding, she honors every beautiful, personal thread of who you are as a couple.

While Courtney focuses on you, a second shooter is documenting your guests' reactions, the room details, and all the candid in-between moments that make a wedding truly whole. Ideal for larger weddings or venues with multiple event spaces.

Venue sourcing, vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site execution — all of it taken care of so your family can simply show up, sit down, and soak it all in.

From welcome bags that greet out-of-town guests at their hotel, to thoughtful bridal party gifts and meaningful keepsakes for the people who matter most — Amayah curates every item with intention. She prioritizes local Santa Cruz makers and vendors wherever possible, so each gift carries a sense of place as much as it does gratitude. Product costs are billed separately; this covers the curation, sourcing, and assembly service.

Amayah brings over 15 years of dedicated experience working with children across school settings, behavioral therapy, and childcare — and holds a clean, fingerprinted background clearance. She is also Infant & Child CPR certified, giving parents complete peace of mind while they celebrate. Little guests are treated to arts & crafts, age-appropriate toys, and curated activities tailored to the children in attendance. Ages served: 3 months – 12 years.
For larger groups or mixed infant/toddler combinations, Amayah brings in a vetted, trusted second caregiver. Rates reflect both caregivers' time and expertise.

Most photographers charge extra for raw files — or don't offer them at all. We include them with every photography package because we believe your memories belong to you, completely and without condition.
Weddings are our heartbeat — but love, joy, and meaningful moments don't stop there. We bring the same care, creativity, and professionalism to a range of life's most important celebrations. Our featured pricing reflects our wedding packages, but we're happy to create a custom quote for any event.
Our wedding packages represent our core pricing. For all other events, pricing is custom and based on the scope, size, and services needed.
